Disclaimer for Exhibitors (Invite Only)
Exhibition Details: Sanskar Banquet Hall, Tagore Nagar, Raipur/16th March 2025/Timing will be notified/released 3-4weeks prior to event date.
1. Eligibility

Open to professionally active individuals aged 18 years or older. Artists must showcase professional artwork or creative businesses related to art and creativity.

Artist Exhibitors - Open to artists of all mediums and experience levels.
• Artwork submitted must be original and created by the artist. -
Food Exhibitors
• Encouraged to hold valid licenses (e.g., FSSAI) and comply with local food safety regulations (not mandatory).
• Only pre-approved food items are allowed. -
Creative Business Exhibitors
• Open to businesses offering creative products or services related to craft, design, and other creative fields.
• Products/services must align with the event’s standards of creativity and quality.
• There is no specific exhibition theme, allowing a broad range of creative expressions.
2. Process

Application (open until 31st Jan. '25): Submit your application with all the details (Ative PROsite is mandatory for consideration for selection as it's like portfolio which can screened to make a selection call).

Selection (selected applicants will be notified) : All applications will undergo an internal review based on pre-defined categories and selection criteria. Notified by 10th-15th Feb'2025.

Registration Fees: Exhibitors must confirm their participation by paying of (S1) ₹3,999, (S2) ₹5,999 (S3) ₹7,499 per slot per exhibitor.

Payment: ₹499 is to be paid as a token amount to reserve a spot and be eligible for the selection process.
Upon selection, the remaining must be paid to complete onboarding.
Payment must be 100% advance, completed within the timeline mentioned in the selection notification to secure the final slot reservation & confirmation. (non-refundable fee) -
Refund for Non-Selected Applicants: In case of non-selection, the ₹499 token amount will be refunded (excluding payment gateway charges). If selected, no refund for same, & slot can may/many not be reserved.

Onboarding: After registration, exhibitors will complete onboarding, which includes payments, formalities, guidelines, and setup instructions for the exhibition.

Submission & Approval
• All participants must submit application & of their offerings (by sharing Ative PROsite URL, if don't have after registering team will follow up to assist you to create your PROsite{Unified Portfolio}) (artwork, food items, products/services) for approval before the event.
• Organizers reserve the right to reject any proposal that does not meet exhibition requirements. Approval is subject to internal checklists & standards.
2. What's Included

Space: Area S1(15ft x 6ft), S2(10ft x 6ft), S3(6ft x 6ft) Each exhibitor will be provided with a table, chair, and stand for their display. Details will be communicated with final exhibitors in few advance of the event date.

Refreshments: A one-time refreshment is included for exhibitors.

Gifts: It's surprise.
3. Event Management Rights

WOOWOO Art House reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the event at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reason deemed necessary.

In such cases, WOOWOO Art House holds no liability for any costs incurred by exhibitors beyond the event registration fee.
4. Exhibitor Responsibility

Exhibitors are responsible for their own artworks, products, and promotional materials.

All setups must adhere to the guidelines provided during onboarding.

Stall/Booth Setup and Allocation
• Stall/booth allocation will be determined by the organizers and is non-transferable.
• Setup must be completed an hour before the event starts and dismantled within the provided timeline.
• Participants are responsible for keeping their space clean and tidy.

6. Guidelines for Display and Items

Artist Exhibitors
• Responsible for framing, mounting, or preparing artwork for display.
• No offensive, defamatory, or plagiarized content will be allowed.

Food Exhibitors
• Cylinder gas stoves and electric cooking equipment are prohibited.
• Only pre-cooked items (e.g., cakes, pastries, cookies, handmade chocolates, bhel) are allowed.
• Food must be hygienic, freshly prepared, and brought ready for sale.

Creative Business Exhibitors
• Counterfeit, offensive, or infringing products/services are not allowed.
• Booths must be well-prepared and aligned with the event’s theme.
7. Sales and Transactions
• Participants are free to price their items/products/services.
• All sales transactions, including payments and receipts, are the responsibility of the participant.
• Organizers will not charge any commission on sales.
8. Food Safety and Hygiene (for Food Exhibitors)
• Exhibitor & team must maintain hygiene, wearing gloves and hairnets.
• Waste must be disposed of in provided bins, and customers should be encouraged to use dustbins.
9. Liability and Insurance
• The organizers will take reasonable precautions to safeguard participants’ items but are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Participants are encouraged to arrange independent insurance for their property.
10. Promotion and Marketing
• Organizers reserve the right to use images of stalls, products, and artwork for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.
• Participants grant permission for their items or booths to be photographed or filmed during the event.
11. Code of Conduct
• All participants must maintain professionalism and follow the rules and instructions provided by the organizers.
• Misconduct or rule violations may result in immediate removal without a refund.
12. Compliance with Regulations
• Participants are responsible for adhering to local laws, including taxes and business licenses, as applicable.
