Welcome to WOOWOO ART HOUSE! We are delighted to have you as an independent tutor partner for our classes. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your role as a tutor at WOOWOO ART HOUSE. Please read this policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

**1. Overview**

WOOWOO ART HOUSE ("WOOWOO ART HOUSE") is committed to providing a platform for creative education. Independent tutors ("Tutors") play a crucial role in delivering exceptional classes and maintaining our high standards of quality.

**2. Tutor Qualifications and Requirements**

To become a WOOWOO ART HOUSE Tutor, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

2.1. **Expertise**: Tutors must have expertise in the subject or skill they intend to teach.

2.2. **Background Check**: Tutors may be required to undergo a background check, depending on the nature of the class and the student demographic.

2.3. **Experience**: While prior teaching experience is not mandatory, it is preferred.

2.4. **Materials**: Tutors must provide their own materials, unless otherwise agreed upon with WOOWOO ART HOUSE.

**3. Registration and Approval**

3.1. **Application**: Tutors must complete the WOOWOO ART HOUSE Tutor application, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2. **Approval**: WOOWOO ART HOUSE reserves the right to approve or decline tutor applications based on our criteria.

**4. Class Organization and Hosting**

4.1. **Class Scheduling**: Tutors must provide a class schedule in advance, including dates, times, and duration.

4.2. **Class Content**: Tutors are responsible for preparing class content and materials.

4.3. **Class Venue**: Classes can be hosted at WOOWOO ART HOUSE premises or virtually, depending on mutual agreement.

**5. Compensation and Fees**

Tutors have the flexibility to choose from various compensation structures based on their preferences and the nature of their classes. Please note that the examples provided below are for illustration purposes only. The final compensation arrangement will be determined following the interview, selection, and discussion process.

Demo Class Disclaimer:

Demo classes provided to potential/new participants are free of cost, and no payment will be provided for the same.

5.1. **Fixed Monthly Compensation (Example)**:
- **Structure**: Tutors receive a fixed monthly compensation, which remains constant regardless of the number of students or sessions.
- **Example Range**: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month.

5.2. **Percentage of Class Fees per Student (Example)**:
- **Structure**: Tutors earn a percentage of the class fees paid by each student.
- **Example**: If the class fee is ₹2,000 per student, and the Tutor's rate is 50%, they would earn ₹1,000 for each student enrolled in their class. This structure is suitable when class sizes vary each month, and Tutors prefer a percentage-based compensation.

5.3. **Fixed + Variable Compensation (Example)**:
- **Structure**: Tutors combine a fixed session fee with an additional variable fee per student present in a particular session.
- **Example**: Tutors might earn ₹150 per session, along with an additional ₹50 for every student who attends that session. This structure allows Tutors to increase their earnings based on the number of students attending each session.

5.4. **Payment Process**:
- Payments will be made directly to the bank account/UPI shared at the time of onboarding.
- Pay calculations will be automated using third-party software.
- Payouts will be made by the 7th of the following month for the previous month's classes.

**6. Marketing and Promotion**

6.1. **Marketing Assistance**: WOOWOO ART HOUSE may assist in marketing and promoting classes through various channels.

6.2. **Tutor Promotion**: Tutors are encouraged to promote their classes independently through their own networks and platforms.

6.3 Media Consent

Image/Video Use: By default, WOOWOO ART HOUSE may use images and videos of students/tutors for promotional purposes. These may be shared on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your image or video used for these purposes, please notify us in writing.

**7. Code of Conduct**

Tutors are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

7.1. **Professionalism**: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with students and WOOWOO ART HOUSE.

7.2. **Respect**: Treat all students and fellow Tutors with respect and dignity.

7.3. **Punctuality**: Be punctual and prepared for all scheduled classes.

7.4. **Communication**: Maintain open and clear communication with WOOWOO ART HOUSE and students.

**8. Pay Deduction Scenarios**

Tutors may be subject to pay deductions in the following scenarios:

8.1. **Absences**: Unplanned absences without prior notice may lead to pay deductions.

8.2. **Leaves**: Leaves may lead to pay deductions, as decided by management.

**9. Class Fees for Students**

Class fees for students will be decided and collected by WOOWOO ART HOUSE. This information is confidential.

**10. Fee Collection by Tutors**

If Tutors collect or quote class fees without authorization from WOOWOO ART HOUSE, they will be terminated from the partnership without any pay, and additional penalties may be applied, as decided by the management.

**11. Termination**

WOOWOO ART HOUSE reserves the right to terminate a Tutor's partnership at any time for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other valid reason.

**12. Changes to Terms**

WOOWOO ART HOUSE may update these terms and conditions at any time, and Tutors will be notified of any changes.
